Beth Harding, company founder and successful entrepreneur, has, over the last 17 years, built Harding Botanicals into an industry leader in the New England Region. Combined with her 30 years of horticultural experience, her artistic eye and her business sense, Beth has grown the company to a innovative, multi-million dollar enterprise, with national recognition in Design, Installation and Service. Awards include Gold Medals from The Massachusetts Horticultural Society and The Associated Landscape Contractors of America.

Beth has studied many areas of landscape design, art, drawing, painting, history and literature at the area's leading educational institutions, including Harvard GSD, Tufts, The Boston Architectural Center, and The School of the Museum of Fine Arts.

Johanna Buck joined Harding Botanicals in 1992. Johanna's constant thirst to learn new ideas has kept her in sync with the newest trends in the industry. Johanna, along with her service department, not only installs beautiful plants but keeps them looking beautiful. Johanna's expectations and high standards have driven her to share these trends with her staff and co-workers. Her depth of knowledge and enthusiasm cannot be overestimated.

Johanna holds an Associate's Degree from Mass Bay Community College in Horticulture. She has worked in the industry for 25 years. Starting at Weston Nurseries, Johanna learned the ins and outs of the exterior landscaping world. She joined Bough Haus in 1985 and soon became their Training Coordinator. Over the past 15 years, she has developed training programs for Harding Botanicals' service technicians, including integrated pest management, capillary action training, pruning and trimming and the art of beautiful design.
